Nope because a buisness has an Adress, pays buisness taxes moreover according to the Criminal code of Canada it is illegal to purchase or advertise sexual services and illegal to live on the material benefits from sex work so.. . ( sorry, but you asked lol).
It’s illegal to purchase. It is not illegal to advertise. It’s illegal for someone else (other than my landlord) to live off the material benefits. What I do is 100% legal and I 100% pay business taxes and you 100% have no fucking idea what you’re talking about

That’s what I’m saying. It’s not deep. It’s simple. We are having a convo. You told me I was “upset for no reason” when you’re the one spouting bullshit and paranoia 🤷🏼‍♀️

Is that true? I thought all the bad was now on the buyer, selling sex is legal, living off the avails of prostitution was the one that I think got the pimps and brothels caught. On a side note wondering how Riza skirts that one.
EDIT
and I thought Charlee said she does pay taxes
There’s a loophole where landlords can live off the avails of a sex worker so technically she’s just renting the space. Otherwise this shit this guy is saying is bunk

But this is sooooo derailed guys basically at the end of the day there’s nothing wrong with sharing personal info with an established and reputable business. Keep that in mind living your day to day life or dealing with ANY business

I agree this really did get derailed, I might start a new thread about girls that webcam or have OF and if they know that is taxable income(I assume) with the amount of 18 year olds on there I am not sure tax law is a specialty of theirs:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

She does. But prostitution is always a grey area everywhere in the world. Doesn't change that there's legislation in place whether we use them or not. A perfect example would be marijuana, it was illegal in Canada yet we had many dispensary in the region " legally".

Pretty sure 18 year olds evading taxes on OF is the least of our issues when it comes to tax evasion 🤔

Its not a grey area everywhere in the world, pretty much only North America

I would also ( again like to point out your biases in this topic) that is why The vast majority of pooners in this thread do not agree with you.
The vast majority of the people booking with the ladies requesting photo IDs have not jumped in as we don't see the point as we go along with what we feel comfortable sharing with the ladies requesting certain information on our part . We share IDs based on the lady's reputation and our own experience in this hobby.

Everyone does what feels safe for themselves but do not think that you speak for all of us.

At no point whatsoever have I claimed or implied such a thing. If you can point me to where I have I'll be more than happy to apologize for the misunderstanding. I have even stated at several occasions " to each their own".

It is. Do you know that for example that in France prostitution in itself is not illegal but advertising and buying are illegal.
In Belguim is even more complicated than that where although prostitution is legal a lot of activities surrounding prostitution are illegal. What I meant by grey area is that not criminalizing the activity itself but heavily criminalized a lot of things around it which ultimately imped the possibility for the workers to do their job. I don't think there's a country where it is really considered as a work in the sense that escorts have the exact same rights and prerogatives as any other independent contractor (or worker). But I might be wrong...

You might be correct on those 2 countries, but all od South America pretty much legal, Holland legal, Germany legal, Most of Asia legal. this is all with the caveat that prostitution is legal, pimping is not. Australia they have the exact same rights as any other worker, I think the Kiwis also do that

Yea I was leaning towards not doing it. The girl is so hot and that keeps me thinking if I should but then again, I need to be smart about this. Thanks guys.
Jesus, this thread really went off the rails from helping you with your original question!

I don’t think that this is the answer you’re looking for, but it’s one option: if you see one reputable provider, you’ll have your reference from her going forwards for the others. You can find a lady on here, either by researching or asking, that fits whatever you are willing to provide most likely. For example, some require and accept a deposit that you can provide with an anonymous Amazon gift card. Good luck!

Yes you might be right, we'll have to check the legal framework to be sure. To be more precise I meant more than just prostitution being either legal or decriminalized but more for the legal possibility for workers to have official buisnesses, legally employ people, have insurances and such. For Australia I thought about it too.

The vast number of pooners in this thread are men who have absolutely no concept of danger women have to navigate in the world every single day which is significantly amplified when they do sex work. Every time they take a new client, they are quite literally risking their lives to do their job. What are you honestly risking when you are submitting your ID to a well reviewed and established provider? Because they’re risking their entire business, livelihood and reputation if they out you.
Providing your name to the person whose body you are literally going to be inside seems like the bare minimum. Your worst fear is what? Damaging your reputation? Theirs is being murdered. Don’t act like that’s the same, and stop gaslighting Charlee telling her she’s overreacting. She’s not, and she’s got the lived experience to back it up.
