Bought my first vibration cock stoker, penis extension (add 2" in length and a 2" girth) Good for solo play and can be used as a condom, with ribs and nobs for you and her and a bullet vibe for her and you. Not a fan of condoms, sensory depredation, so thought this may work out to everybody's benefit. Haven't tried it yet, from A.D.A.M and E.V.E dot com.

The 17lbs is an outstanding achievement and 40 by xmas will be the cherry. Cheers and congratulations, job very well done. I hit my wall at 12 lbs last 3 months. Maybe I should take some pointers from you.
Thanks. I went on a low carb, high fat diet. Once I got my carb addiction under control, then I started intermittent fasting, where I didn't eat for 16 hours, then ate meals during the other 8 hours. (16/8) Then that became 23/1, where I basically only eat 1 regular sized meal a day. And no...I don't feel hunger pangs during the other 23 because the body just switches to using stored fat.

Fasting has really worked for me because when I was previously on the keto diet, I'd always cheat...then end up justifying eating carbs. And that's typically the result for a lot of people - they lower their intake and it works...for a while. But old habits are hard to break - that's why you don't see reunions of Biggest Loser contestants.

Fasting is an interesting experience. On my 48 hour fast, I actually felt more clarity and energy on the 2nd day.

excellent. This is actually very beneficial for better nutritional absorption and I practice this as well. I try to focus on a high proteins and greens diets with the added fats and I've never felt better. I managed to even get to 11% body fat at one point at 127lbs I was super jacked

I fixed my leaking faucet in bathtub. I watched a couple of utube videos, then went and took out the cartridge (taking pictures at each step). Went and got an replacement part (Moen 1222). So when I was replacing the cartridge, I followed all the steps, making sure the lettering HC were on the top. Finished putting everything back together, tap is in off postion, turn on the water....

And water just pours from the tap. ****

So I experimented and moved the handle to different positions and found that the water turned off when the tap was in the up position. So I moved the valve handle (brass part) of the cartridge 180 inside the plastic part (of the cartridge). It worked as it should.

Not sure how that brass piece was moved 180.

The best part was the replacement part cost me $2 for a warranty replacement, when I returned the old cartridge. Awesome....

my doc,
once a year, puts me through the ringer,

anyway, he found some things,
and fuck, I have every test under the sun,
things stuck in places nothing ever should be stuck in.

after all is said and done,
im normal and healthy,

at least from the neck down.

I have started on an exercise and diet program to try to lose the 10lbs I gained since the spring ;-( I had an injury at end of ski season that prevented me exercising and my diet went to hell at the same time (primarily because I was not exercising). I want to lose some weight before I see Elsi for the first time. First impressions are important!

Congrats on the weight loss!

I don't have to lose weight before I meet you too, do I? I kinda like having the parts that jiggle enthusiastically...

There should be a Hallmark card with:

"Elsi sitting on your face is like sticking your head into a warm bowl of strawberry Jello"

inside the flap. ;)

Don't you just hate it when they have you to go thru all these invasive tests and then they find out there is nothing wrong with you :)

Proud :amen:

It was sitting in my living room for a long time. I had to wait for my friend to hardwire it.
Also did my new dishwasher. It has a window LOL.

Dishwasher was a bit more work. I did proper supply and drains instead of the half-ass lines running off sinks I see in a lot of renos.
I would have got a panel ready/integrated model but this dishwasher was almost free.
If I ever rebuild my kitchen it will have integrated fridge and dishwasher. It's a very clean, sleek look.

One of my friends is a plumbing expert. He has a manifold system and it is beautiful, red, white and blue lines and a pair of on-demand water heaters.
PEX is so easy to work with, just snip and crimp.
This winter I will re-plumb my house with it.
