Wearing Your Ring

In my line of work, you can tell the married guys that wore a ring. Their ring finger is missing.
What did I DO with my ring?
Never saw an SP when I was married.....the sex was pretty good...my wife did not dole out sex like a reward for good behaviour
What I did with my wedding band was to tee it up....after my divorce was settled I played a round of golf on the inside 9 par 3 track at Shaganappi.On the 8th tee box I teed up my wedding band and a Nike Tiger Woods ball right beside it.I asked to borrow a sand wedge which I was given and I plinked that wedding band into the water.I then grabbed my driver and smashed out one right down the middle.
The guy who lent me the sand wedge was out of his gourd....he said why would you not sell it or take it to pawnshop and my response was "what?? and have someone else get my bad luck".
My other golf story involves no sex BUT I did get to play 18 holes with Bill Murray.....and no the 18 holes were not dirty.

Wear it or don't, I really don't care. It's not a turn on nor does it put me off to know you're married.
There was a thread a couple of months ago or so about this, I can't find it now, but there was at least one pooner who admitted he was married, never took off the ring, and was always spending the extra coin on a reputable provider who wouldn't try and sabotage what he had outside of the hobby. Generally though, it seemed the consensus among married pooners was to have the ring off. As for the SP's, I guess it would vary on the girl though. On another discussion someone was mentioning how an SP told him she was disgusted by married pooners, but would still see them. I've taken breaks from this hobby in the past whenever I started to like someone enough, so I don't know if I'd be able to get myself to continue here if I ever get serious enough with anyone... unless she's someone who'd be open tot he lifestyle.
Do what's comfortable for you. It's none of my business and I rarely if ever take notice of a ring or lack thereof.
Double ring ceremonies may be the norm now but it hasn't always been the case.
