I didn't share every detail about the event but your assumptions are correct that she did handle the situation and that it was her fault due to double booking. I stood in the threshold to control the doorway while I was learning about the situation. Staying hidden in the shadows inside the room would have prevented me from quickly exiting the room if I was being scammed. I was prepared to be assertive to break out of the room and employ my exit strategiesYour menacing presence at the door was overkill and probably unnecessary. You should have remained hidden in the background and let her handle things. You could still have intervened if required, but it doesn't sound like that would have been necessary.
Whether or not he was naive to "yammer on" in your presence, obviously either he was early, or she fucked up in her booking process. If he was early, she should have told him to come back at the correct time. If she had fucked up, she should at least have apologized and told him to get back to her later. You seem to not have considered the possibility that it was her fault. Of course, we'll never know for sure.
If the situation had been reversed, you probably would have been very pissed off. Given your apparent taste for confrontation first, would you have tried to use your size advantage to threaten a guy who was already there?
Understand that if you've ever been dragged into a room, beaten, sprayed and robbed, forevermore you will be very suspicious about encountering another male in the first few moments of an appointment. The point of telling this story is to warn others to plan for a quick exit and don't linger when you unexpectedly encounter an unknown male in an sp's room. Our physical differential was shared to make the point about how naïve this guy was to stay around for as long as he did.
