Generally, no way. You'll have better luck searching by her contact info (4 last phone digits, email address, whatever).
You can try Advanced Search and enter the name in Tag field, e.g. 'mia' or 'mia review' both get some hits. This works if somebody was kind enough to tag that review accordingly.
