Anybody vote on this? I voted for Bure. He may have been an asshole at the end but he's the only player to ever play here who could lift fans out of their seats every shift. I remember fucking around or channel hopping during games but being glued to the screen when he got on the ice. If he would have ended up playing with Gretzky, when they were trying to sign him before he went to the Rangers, Bure would have broken Gretzky's record for goals in a season and Gretzky would have played another five years. No question. He's also the only Canuck player to score 60 goals (twice) and lead the NHL in any offensive category. How many Canuck players have had teams devising strategies to specifically stop them and not their line? None.
For me, second place would be a tie between Gradin and Linden. Smyl wasn't much without Gradin.
If you really wanted to include all Canucks of all-time, I'd have to say Phil Maloney or Orland Kurtenbach.
