I dabbled with this line of work very briefly in 2005, again for a few months in late 2007 and then came on full force late 2009.

If there's one thing I've noticed about myself, it's how much I've come to learn and grow in this industry.

It's now 2012 and I've evolved tremendously. Despite having consistently good reviews, I don't think I really came into my own until mid-2011! I've become more true to who I really I am with how I present myself in words and visuals. This has piqued the interest of clients I really click with and it's fantastic!

I've also found that I've become much more comfortable and confident with clients. I used to be much more nervous with clients and occasionally had trouble making eye contact because I felt.....shy?

For me, there are different categories that I place providers in.

I do not use your category 1 but I use category 2 and 3 regularly. There are times I like to see new providers as they can be closer to the real think. They are real people and appreciate what i can do for her. I can play the white Knight and Wow her see some real emotion. Then there is a time for Experienced providers. But do not confuse Experienced providers with high milage providers. Some Experienced providers only see one client a day and can be very high end. I do not want to see a girl who has them lined up at the door. I want to feel something when I am with her and not shown the door. Someone who's been around is probably more of a professional with regards to knowing what they can handle and have their schedules down pat avoiding some of that "hit and miss" tendencies.
Someone who's been around probably can fake chemistry better than someone who's new and doesn't rely on it as much to perform.
Someone who's been around can most likely judge character better (and know what they're dealing with) and dont need to be "on guard" as much with each client depending.
Someone who's been around can better read what's working/what isn't with particular clients.

Someone who's been around awhile could be more "jaded" towards clients, too many generalizations about clients.
Someone who's been around awhile could become more scripted in their actions.
Someone who's been around awhile could be a lot quicker to switch their opinions of someone.

I'm sure there's more, but off the top of my head that's it.
