After numerous rounds of 'We don't even know if Osama is still alive', Osama himself decided to send George Bush a letter in his own handwriting to let him know he was still in the game.

Bush opened the letter and it contained a single line of coded message:

370H-SSV-0773H

Bush was baffled, so he showed it to Condoleezza Rice. Condi and her aides had not a clue either, so they sent it to the FBI. No one could solve it at the FBI so it went to the CIA, then to MI6 and Mossad.

Eventually they asked RCMP for help. Within a minute RCMP emailed the White House with this reply:

'Tell the President he's holding the message upside down.'

Hey Krustee, if I interpret your comments correctly, you're suggesting that there are only dumb RCMP and military idiots.

I don't quite agree. There are exceptions to every rule - and I believe there are some very smart people serving the country in both branches of the government.

Not every RCMP member is a taser toting idiot, and not every military person accidentally drops bombs on their own soldiers.

Slagging the recent stupidity of the RCP & our local police is something I feel perfectly comfortable with.

When they are wise enough to change the way they act & if Deputy Commissioner Bill Sweeney can instill new attitude in the troops that results in changes on the street, I will gladly offer my voice in support.

I served in he military during Desert Storm so I can speak better than most about military operations.
No, they're not idiots but that term has been used by every one of the troops out there.
Usually after they got they're asses shot up in the field because of a strategic shitty idea by some butter bar Luey.

Sadly, the Americans are about as capable at picking out great leaders like the Canadians are. It could be that the candidates that are offered are below sub par on both sides of the border.

So we really shouldn't go about taking shots at them for their choices until our hands are clean.
