There's a point that can easily cause misunderstanding when making appointments, and Lucy feels it's necessary to clarify. Generally, for a 1-hour session, Lucy needs at least 2 hours of notification, and longer appointments over 1.5hrs require even more. But there are also exceptions. Sometimes Lucy happened to be free, or she just got a cancellation. In these situations, if a client wanted to book, Lucy would say, ‘The earlier the better.’
However, once the appointment was booked, this sentence of ‘The earlier the better’ is no longer applicable, because Lucy might have other commitments before the client's scheduled time. Therefore, if this client arrived half an hour or more early, it would put Lucy in a big rush, and the client had to wait. So please arrive exactly at the scheduled time, 5-10 minutes more or less is considered reasonable. Thanks.
