Greenlake just read Lucy's post regarding the young gentleman who came to see Lucy recently. The e-transfer guy. Famous Lucy! Greenlake is sorry to say it but it is time for Lucy to take more of a hardened approach to guys like this! In Greenlake's opinion. This is entitlement, pure and simple. This idiot thought he could do what he pleased. Well, that's not the case! He didn't return your confirming text. No massage. He asked to do e-transfer knowing you accept cash. Time to stop seeing people like this! Lucy does not need customers like this! He doesn't answer text? Text him back saying appointment is cancelled. No cash? No massage. For new customers, Greenlake would ask for payment first. This guy was hoping Lucy would say no to e-transfer! Lucy has so many nice clients. But, time to make harsher rules and stick to them! Greenlake's opinion only!”

Later he added, “Fabulous Sexy Gorgeous Lucy! Greenlake may or may not be right, but Greenlake knows that it's time for Lucy to just cut these entitled idiots out of her business.

Greenlake is right, Lucy doesn't need that kind of customer at all. Because her goal is to provide high-quality service that makes both the customer and herself happy and satisfied, rather than solely making money. She felt uncomfortable and offended being with the above-mentioned clients, and even if she earned their money, she is still unhappy. Therefore, she would rather not meet such kind of people because they are far from Lucy's expectations for her clients.

You know, Lucy has a lot of particularly good clients over these years. These clients are of high quality, with taste, good manners, respect for others, trustworthiness, and a sense of boundaries, which makes Lucy feel comfortable, happy, and fulfilled. Those are the clients she really needs.
