I'm glad someone remembered. Where's Marvin on this one? I'm sure he's got something to say.Chef said:Need to get back into shape for some dine-and-dash?

yeh its busy alright. That's why I try to get in there at other times, like in the morning or early afternoon, since my best workouts are in that time as opposed to the evening (which is prime time). I only really need that place for the Smith machine and the abdomen crunch machine thought. But yeh it can be a bit of a wait for one of the benches, but now I've made a few friends there who don't mind at all sharing the bench or spotting with me which makes the wait times shorter. The best thing about Bonsor is the energy level at that place .... everyone is quite serious working out, and there's always cute girls hanging around. A good energy level at a gym is just as necessary as your own energy level to keep you motivated and focussed.hamsuplo said:I like Bonsor, but don't you find it's pretty busy there.
esp during prime time.
Of course I remember ... and I added my $0.02 to LAG`s "can`t afford to poon" thread HERE.Mello said:I`m glad someone remembered. Where`s Marvin on this one? I`m sure he`s got something to say.
