I don't know the laws in Oklahoma, but how does this guy get away with what he does?

I heard this couple was charged with public lewdness. How is it public if it's in a secluded area on private property and no ability to view them except by drone? Why isn't this nit wit charged with invasion of privacy?

I am no expert but I would assume that it would fall under the same category that the paparazzi do when taking photos of people in public places? Besides that, what are they going to do? Go to the cops and say this guy keeps harassing me while I get my freak on with my prostitute in a public place? I would say neither party is the smartest.

They were on private property out of the view of anybody. The only possiblity of being seen was by this guy via drone.

The laws are different for different countries and even for individual states in the U.S for that matter. I haven't looked up the specific laws for the state that this guy is in, so I can't say 100% what the law is there but generally the law is that even if it's classed as "private property", unless it is a private residence or unless it specifically states that you can not take photos or shoot film, if there is public access to the property you are allowed to do so. However if an employee or owner requests you to stop, you must. Of course this is a grey area as well because he isn't technically on the property and with not knowing what the property is actually classed as, I know I can't state what the law is in this situation...but it looks pretty public to me. Just look at what the paparazzi get away with. With all the privacy intrusions there are these days with people using drones, there will be new laws coming soon about the use of drones themselves.

If you're out in public you have no expectation of privacy but, the "vigilantes" motives are suspect at best.

An Oklahoma man has received the distinction of being the first "john" in the state to be criminally prosecuted and arrested after being caught in the act by a drone. Local police records show Douglas Blansett, 75, was arrested and released on Thursday

I hope I have the interest, funds and ability to do this at 75.

That's crazy Cops launching a Drone to video a John and SP. Way too much time on their hands in the Okie State.

I wish I had posted it when I saw one youtube with the suspects shooting down the Cops' Drone. They got off because the police did not have a legal search warrant permit to view their activities from the air.
