Holy smokes! I have a date tonight, a real date with a straight girl! I have known her for a little while and she knows all about me and my hobbies, I flirt and joke with her whenever I see her. She's cool and doesn't easily offend but I'm worried I'll say something wrong or be too forward. I'm so used to the assurance of sex I'm not sure how to act.

Anyway, I'm excited and just wanted to tell someone. :)

Yes! That is much better, I love cake....and eating it too. ;)

We went to a nice small town restaurant, she had a Ribeye medium rare and I had the New York medium well with coconut shrimp. She was excited to tell me about her new job, one that I have some influence with so we will continue to have a friendly working relationship but there won't be any coupling. I walked her to her truck and played with her dog, she is always happy to see me, I like that and got quite a few kisses....from the dog I mean.

I'm sure we'll repeat, we have a lot in common and can have fun together. But just as friends, it may be the kiss of death but at least I'll die happy. :)
