Years ago in Seattle I had a friend from Sri Lanka. He invited me to his home for a meal and had me try some curry that his visiting father had brought over from the old country. The first few tastes blew my mouth away, my eyes teared constantly and my face was beet red. But after I got over the initial nuclear explosion in my head, I really really enjoyed it.
The other day I pulled out a brand new jar of bell peppers from Save-On and I ate one raw in less than 15 seconds without skipping a beat. I miss hot food.
I've tried all kinds of Indian restaurants around town, and also Latin American food, Moroccan food, Korean food, Szechuan food, etc. The heat is just not there for me anymore.
Anyone know where I can get really really really hot spicy food?
