HFS: if we live in a free and democratic society WHY IN THE HELL SHOULD ANYONE CHANGE their opinion about any topic or issue

Well it happens all the time and often on Perb – through exchange of thought and opinion, through meaningful discourse, you may on occasion see someone offer a counter viewpoint to their initial expressed comment. They simply factor in the views of others and re-evaluate, perhaps after reviewing something from the differing perspectives offered. BushPilot states he and luckydog are set in their views – that’s all - my gawd, bring it down a notch man - it’s got nothing to do with freedom or democratic principles, it’s just 2 guys offering passionate comment and strong opinion that neither is likely to alter.

As for the thread title – addressed to you – you’ve been an expressed advocate for Bush and his policy, but more to the point, it was a reaction to the “pro-Bush” thread that you pulled, for whatever reason. You’ve “only” posted 3 times in this thread… but still haven’t said anything.

bp has resorted to that triend and true tactic of the looney left if you have nothing to add to the conversation as most of the looney left does not you try to out yell them and start calling them names.

GWB scares the hell out of me but John kerry frieghtens the piss out of me. The one thing that has not beeen discussed in the campaign is that JK has surrounded himself with the same people that Bill Clinton did in his eight years.

What happened in U.S foreign policy during that time was criminal. Clinton and his foreign policy cronies ought to be put on trail for Treason. They created the mess in North Korea, Irag, and they gave us the like of ubl.

I guess the only thing as an american voter that I would like to say to the rest of the world is butt out, fu-k off we do not need your advice on how we should be able to protect ourselves from you the people that mean us harm.

Being part of THE REST OF THE WORLD IF American policy affects me in a negative way,I will speak up and voice my opinion,,and sorry bud,but I think the U.S could use all the Fhacking advice it can get ,you are not the only one's one this planet we call home,,,You FhackOff

Dittman...I know this will surprise you, but these guys have changed my mind...I am going to vote for Kerry.

I have seen the error of my ways and I just want to live in peace and harmony with the rest of the world.
