This information really should be made a "Sticky" somewhere

This question is asked on the forum so often by ladies looking to become potential advertisers, that the information that VV has provided on more than a few occasions really should be made a ``Sticky`` somewhere on the board. As Very Veronica explained in this quoted post, it`s not Fred or the Mods that are responsible for the advertising.

This department is & they`re quick to respond to emails. If you`ve got online banking, the whole process is pretty much instant.

I had tried every different search I could think of related to advertising with no luck! I could find no information in the FAQs or advertising forum related to becoming a paid advertiser, or stating whom one is supposed to contact to go about doing so. Thankfully my post did exactly as I had hoped and illicited a prompt response with just the information I was looking for

I did not even think to look at the home page when I was searching for advertising information. Every time I log on to perb my browser brings me directly to the review forum without going to the home page first. Lol I am such a freakin' blonde!

That`s odd, on the Advertising Info page it says to contact Fred Zed

I tried the advertising sign-up form (link posted above), & it said that I would receive an email with payment details, which I have not. So now I tried emailing mark@spar, so hopefully I will get a response & get this sorted out... I`d like to become an advertiser as soon as I can...


Or do I just go ahead & send an email money transfer for $55 to the ``Interac`` address posted above?? (It says $55 for supporting member with free spar Ad in the Advertising Info..)

ADDITION: Well, I was getting impatient so I just took a chance & sent the money to interac@spar.com Hope that works & that my money doesn`t disappear into cyberspace! I guess we shall see if I am in red soon?

I agree that the wait time to get a response from Fred Zed is not good at all, nor Mark at Sp admin.

I had to send Fred 7 emails over 1 month about a 2 month credit to my account with no response .

I finally sent him a pm back in November about not responding to my emails & he said, "are you sending the emails to the right address?"

Umm, yes I sent them to the right address, so I had to resend them all again .

Though, I was told that I would be credited, so I thought all was good .

Yesterday however, I received an email from Sp admin stating that I have to renew my advertising by the Jan 16th .

Oct 14~Jan 16th is the 3 months I paid for & does not include my credit .

Now I am back to square 1, emailing both sp admin & fred about the mix up with no response?

I'm not impressed at all.

This was all supposed to be dealt with back in November .

Can you contact me about this Fred & clear this up please & thank you?
