Canada's Minister of Defense, the Honorable William Graham, has just announced Canada's intention to acquire a fleet of new/second-hand/slightly used, Armored Cuban Fighting Vehicles for the Canadian army.

The Minister assured the media that, unlike the British submarines that we recently purchased, the ACFVs will function as intended.....

........ to generate huge repair and refurbishing contracts to Liberal friendly Quebec companies, comme toujours tabernac!
