You don't have to take my word on it sir, try reading C-36. At the end it lists the effective dates of different sections. In particular, judges already have the authority to take down advertisement for sexual services since the date of Royal Assent. That's limited to copies/storage under their jurisdiction.I don't believe that this part is true. C-36 advertising rules do NOT come into effect until the bill itself becomes law on Dec 6th. Otherwise, Fred Zed would already have deleted all the old ads.
I wouldn't imply anything is wrong with the old ads, not until a judge decides so. Also I doubt perb.cc is under jurisdiction of any Canadian court. Still, it is understood PERB are making effort to comply with Canadian law.
