I'm thinking about getting one. I would like to hear from people who have them. What model do you have and how do you like it (for both the results and the user friendy aspect)
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.
Just pop a little Wistrol and shoot a little Sustanon, then do a couple push ups. You'll be looking like He-man in no time.magoomba said:But I would agree that as long as you're dedicated, any strength building regiment would yield results.
And a mighty fine shape it is too....Dakota Wood said:I'm not trying to get 'in' shape, I already am.

have you consider about spending the money on supplements that will enhance your strength building, products like creatine/protein, they are proven to work.Dakota Wood said:While bowflex may not be the answer, I am pretty hot to get some kind of a home gym. I'm not big on getting a gym membership as I'm not really fond of being ogled in the mainstream and the women's only gyms don't cap their weights high enough for me.
And to those nay sayers who think the novelty will wear off. Nope. I've been thinking about this for awhile. My hobbies and interests involve heavy lifting. While I am frighteningly strong for a woman, I think with a regular workout, the lifting wouldn't be so heavy. I'm not trying to get 'in' shape, I already am. I'm looking for something to strength build.
