It is the best fs facility in Wpg, but I would hardly call it a "very nice establishment". Nevada's would rank in the bottom third in Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Montreal etc.Interesting!

To say something in Dan's defense, I remember how he got burned by the City in the 90s when he briefly took over the main floor and fixed it up real well. Soaker tubs, lots of room, very clean, shower in room. I managed to get one session in one of these rooms. Then the City said he violated the terms of his license and forced him to rip it out.

Ahh good ole Dan. He's a sweet guy. Both him & Freddy, very good guy's to work for. Such a stress free environment when I was there. Even the girl's at the time didn't upsell or get catty about what service's any of the girl's were providing. It definitely needs a makeover & pest control in there. I have seen the downstairs, everything was still intact, the tub's & shower's, even the desk at the front door. Dan showed it to me & he seemed so sad about it.
One thing for sure about Dan, he would never come on here acting like an idiot with a bunch of different alias's to promote the place or certain girl's.

I have had a couple of not so great run-ins at Nevadas.. Not trying to pit one against the other. Both are entitled to make a living.

I have a couple of buddies who are the same way. They inhereted and operate businesses that kind of run themselves and have been around long enough that people people call or go there because they're who you think of when you need this kind of product or service. I was telling one of them about 6 months ago that he should do this and that and his answer was, "We're doing well as it is and I'm making money."
Kind of like the strip clubs in this town. If somebody opened one and did it right, they'd make a freakin' killing.
