I'd check the laws first. Liquor or not, this being prudish Winnipeg, I bet there is some law/by-law/regulation of some kind out there that would be enforced and interpreted in the interests of maintaining the Bible-Belt puritan heritage that this City embraces.
As well, do market research. Are their enough guys in River City who would go without Etoh to feel up naked women, and pay money to come to a strip club like this, to make the investment pay. I doubt it. I want my alcohol!
Sure, you can risk smuggling in rum to add to your coke, but eventually the clients who do will get caught, be discouraged and go back to Teasers.
I do a lot of traveling around the states and most of the real good high contact scs are juice bars, being its the liquor commision that bans touching of dancers I wonder how that would go in Winnipeg I think I could forgo Liquor to have some gorgeous babe crawling all over me naked and be able to play back
