A lot of these scam girls say 'duos' in their ads. Ask her who she does duos with. If she's real then there's the likelihood that her duo partner also has an ad on LL.
But if it's fake, the 'duos' option in the ad is just the scammer throwing out all the buzzwords at the wall to see what sticks and lure in a potential strike.
