Because she will say she provides these services to get you there but in person will do cbj and will do little to no kissing, I heard its not her fault its her phone person and someone also said you can get bbbj for an upcharge of 100 and someone said they did get it after giving the money and another said they didnt so if you buy the upcharge dont be surprised if its not honored.
