With a little more digging this appears to be a promotional stunt (staged/acting) for a book called Beautiful Children...which it's a little difficult to tell but may be a book that touches on things that happen to children...maybe young women who get into the adult business because they need the money...
I suspect that video was designed to evoke sickening feelings for most normal people, then the ad comes for the book...in that vulnerable state you are more likely to buy it.
Only my opinion though as even after spending several minutes clicking on different parts of the website for the book 'Beautiful children' I didn't really get a full grasp on what the book is about.

I fail to see why my being offended by abusive porn is something someone can get all uppity about.
