Seems Oshean may have some unwanted publicity in todays paper. If she reads this thread I would say dont worry about it

Ocean doesn't have anything to worry about but whenever I read a story like this all I can think of about the other 2 is, "What the hell were they thinking?"
Sure, maybe in the end there is nothing illegal about this but when you hold a certain position in society, there are things you just don't do (or atleast get caught doing).

Oshean told me all performers sign a model release before appearing in her sex videos. She advised she had her lawyer draw up the paperwork. The only thing I would worry about if I was her is if the LE try to make appointments with her for escort services in an attempt to bust her. I am sure this article will draw in more customers.

I agree. She couldn't buy better advertising. Good for her.:D
As for the LE thing, I'm sure she is experienced enough to not get busted.

Oshean once told me she knows a good many powerful people in this province and has an expensive lawyer to help her with any legal problems.

Anyhow, the blonde in the vid is really hot. At first I though it was Venus! Got to wonder too about the other people that have been in her videos. There on the Internet and sooner or later something can comeback to haunt some one.

Oshean did nothing wrong and has nothing to worry about. Like she said in the interview "I suppose you should probably be talking to them." She had some hot kinky sex with a couple, filmed it and put it online. As long as everyone is a willing participant, and they sign a model release, then no laws are being broken. The internet is full of amateur porn videos.

The two sheriff's deputies, on the other hand, should have their heads examined. If you're self employed or otherwise not worried about losing your job, and don't care what the neighbours think, then I guess you have nothing to lose. But government, hospitals, universities, police forces, etc, are all very sensitive about their employees doing this sort of thing, rather understandably. There have been many many women who have lost their jobs or been expelled after appearing in Playboy spreads while wearing their police uniform or their college logos.

What I'd like to know is 1) are those two married (and to each other?) and 2) who saw their video online (while looking for an SP visit with Oshean?) and ratted them out to their employer?

Were they ratted out? Are you sure? Simply because the video is available on the Internet doesn't mean they were ratted out. That vid has very likely been seen by a countless number of people, so we really don't know who saw it or exactly how their employer found out.

In the end they were stupid enough to agree to have it plastered on the Internet. Fine if they want to have a wild time with Oshean, but to go public with it? They weren't thinking and perhaps not anyone else in her videos.

As for Oshean, yes may have not done anything wrong in the video. However it landing in the pages of the Winnipeg Sun could bring much unwanted attention from LE.

Unless the Minister of Justice, his Deputy Minister, or one of his Assistant Deputy Ministers found the video during one of their usual porn hunts, then someone who recognized the couple, knew who they were and who they worked for, must have contacted a departmental higher up and said "hey, you know those two sheriff's deputies who work at the law courts, they're in an online sex video. click this link to see it..."

I call this ratting them out. Whatever happened, someone recognized them and brought it to the attention of their employer. I'm betting that they were bragging about it to a few of their co-workers, and someone sent an anonymous email to someone in authority.

I think we all have to agree that Winnipeg LE probably looks at Perb. and EC everyday just to see whats going on in the Sp world in our fine city. I mean come on, is there an easier way of finding out whats going on.

The Sp's put there pictures on EC, stating prices and what services they offer. Then the pooners go on Perb. and let everyone know what service they received, and the prices they payed. It's like we are doing there home for them?

I guess the bottom line is someone at LE was doing there job, and noticed two of there employee's in a porn movie. They where stupid and will probably lose there jobs, maybe even there families.
