lol they're like 10-15 years too late. Richmond PH used to run out of there, but most providers use newer buildings anyhow.

Yup I think strata councils are given way too much power atleast here in BC (I am not sure how it is in rest of North America). Very undemocratically run institutions.

no problem here...But, I would park a few blocks away, wear a mask and a hat with my hair tucked in, take the elevator to a floor above and walk down staircase to proper floor, upon leaving don't walk right to your car stop and make sure your not being followed,...not being paranoid or anything 
How would they knew what happens inside the room. I've been known to play connect 4 or board games and done in a hour. Just for funsies no money changed hands.

I used to live in a really fancy building on Robson street and one of my neighbors interrogated all of my clients if he saw them. I only lived there for a year because of that guy. I gave notice once my money started getting affected. Clients were running from him lol. They’d text me and say sorry some old guy stopped me in the hallway and was super nosy and aggressive so I just left. Fun times.
I’ve always been careful. As an independent I’ve never had a revolving door of horny man all day long. I kind of wish I could. That would be super fun sometimes. But I prefer to be way more discrete than that haha
Could be the paper thin walls. I used to live in a condo where the guy upstairs from me brought street walkers over all the time and I could hear it all. The other thing to consider is that another resident may be a hobbyist who might have gotten spooked that his "hobby" was too close to home. Some people are that cynical. There's so many ways to uncover, especially after over a decade of operating as an incall space.
An apartment being used for an agency would definitely attract all kinds of attention. Plus I’ve worked with a ton of girls that had no idea of discretion.
Definitely that old guy has no fucking life. Strata council's usually all consist of morons like that old guy who have nothing good going on in their lives. Typical miserable person with no friends and relatives who probably hate visiting them.

Unfortunately buzzer systems will only let you go to the floor you're greeted by, and staircase doors are exit-only, locked from the outside 🥷
Police won't come to get rid of a meth head on the public side your unit is adjacent to. Why would they come anticipating a pooners exit from a building? Furthermore, these strata council members are shitbags on many levels. This one vile woman was running the place like her own personal family business. Her daughter gave birth, had a c section and should have been spending time with her and instead used her strata hobby as an excuse to not help her own kid and first grandchild.
