It's less than a year since the new law came into effect that getting the sexual services of someone for a consideration was illegal. Now listen if you ever got onto that website you knew pretty quick that it wasn't just horny housewives answering your adds. And really they didn't have to ask for money as a good supper would be a "consideration." So maybe it's all illegal under Harpers new law. It should be tested out?

There probably are a few. But remember last year there was a promise to name the ones on a list held by the complaints in the Supreme Court case? Would be a nice finale to the Harper campaign just about now

There is the little matter of "proof". And whether it would be worth the effort getting it.

Outside of that it is just cheating, and as reprehensible as that might be, it isn't illegal.

Even if some the exchanges on Ashley Madison were paid, you'd have to prove the transaction happened. I can't see anything coming of it.

Busting someone for communication isn't really valuable unless you can also prove intent to exchange money for the service. No one has anything to worry about aside from public embarrassment.
