Whos the best of the best at any price?

I looking for the best sp at any price. This means HOT, no mash potatoes for a bum, tight tight tight. Pretty? Yes neck wrenching pretty. Service? Wonderful, a memory you'll always look back and say "Holy crap, was that wild!"

White or Asian, black...whatever.
