Whites pics are AF accurate. Candy's pics are old and weirdly photoshopped but she looks better in person. White appears like a sexy real woman and Candy is like a fantasy porn goddess. See for yourself what you like then read the reviews. Both are covered extensively and have good reputations.

Which on is better and why for a first time visit?

Haven’t seen White. Candy is hot. The only drawback is that all others after Candy will likely pale, in comparison.
