Well, what do the "sp's" think. If a newbie was interested in see "you" the "sp". Why should he pick you. What makes you stand above the rest of the "sp's".
Obviously this is a review board , where the perbsters give there reviews on the "sp's".

For the pooner's , Is looks the most important or does the attitude offset that.

I think this is a good and stupid question.
One, every SP is going to say themselves because they are operating a business and will wantto upsell themselves although there is already a part of this board for them to do that; in the advertising section.
Of course us pooners ( a term i'm not crazy about but for lack of a better one) want a smokin hottie but we also want one who is nice, smart ,witty and caring. There has to be a balance of both. If you are just lookingto bust a nut, go to a Micro or a quickie but some want some quality female attention which stimulates the mind as well as the body.
I will say this and all SPs should take note whether they are vets or new to the business a website is a must. One that is quite informative that should address any questions that they can think of. It should include a schedule of some kind and be updated with some regularity, that includes tours, pics and prices and contact. For those that advertise on Craigslist or other places it should include a working name, rates, services and contact info. Communication, as with anything in life is key. The quality SPs do this, thus making them better providers.
