If there's any left they are around the few blocks that surround where the BC Lions practice.
It's been pretty bare last couple times I was there. They cleaned up that area quite well, though I'm sure they still come out. Just the luck of being out when they come out and before someone else picks them up. It will take some work and you don't want the LE to see you crusing by too many times.

Two blocks west of the Lions training camp at the corner of 105a Ave. and 132a St. Lately I've seen some pretty good looking ones at that corner. They had a nice slutty look but also looked healthy, so I don't think they're the same type of street walkers that work the area a bit farther east between the Lions camp and King George. Haven't seen around there for a while though.
King George between 72 and 60 as well as around Bear Creek, Surrey Memorial, east of KG on 108, Surrey Central skytrain , the old Dell Hotel area (where they have free modular housing). In other words, pretty much anywhere there is a lot of traffic LOL. Basically , cruise around the block a few times if you see a gal you like and make eye contact. They tend to walk around as opposed to the old days of standing on a corner.
Seriously, this. It's Surrey. If you see a halfway decent looking girl walking down the street, pull over and say hi. I met one girl who wasn't an SW, and she jumped in to my car anyway just to see what would happen. She made $40.
You will spend quite a bit of time cruising for "the one". And because it will take so long to find a half-way decent looking girl, you will become desperate and settle for something you would not have even considered 2 hours prior. King George Highway is a bloody long stretch of road, with a millions traffic lights and lots of police. Before my life got busier I would cruise Hastings/Cordova, Seymour/Robson, all along New West, and all the spots in Surrey. Some nights I'd do that twice just to find the perfect girl. Damn, I could have read 1000 books and gotten Ph.D in the time I used to spend on that crap. That was 20 years ago when the street scene was still hopping, and 25 years ago was like Red Light District in Amsterdam some nights.
