I know this isn't a furniture forum, but i figured people here are pretty interesting and diverse, so why not ask!

I'm looking get a chaise longue for my living room. I'm redoing decor, and am hoping to find a nice one in a magenta hue. I'm ok with color ranging from the magenta of an orchid (but would prefer it have more blue than that), and could go as blue as indigo. So basically, a deep, rich purple color.

Actually, any suggestions for furniture places that sell funkier designs would be appreciated - especially if they are reasonably priced.

I am wanting the purple chaise to put next to the Roman pillar in my living room, which I am planning on wrapping ivy around.

Any suggestions appreciated!

Thanks so much! I hope everybody has a wonderful time reflecting on the positive aspects of 2016, and goes into 2017 prepared for the best year yet! Until 2018 ;-)

Not sure what your budget is but Craigslist is always a good place to start. What about this? https://images.craigslist.org/00B0B_ciQOwgo5bNE_300x300.jpg
You'll probably not going to find the exact color/pattern you want so your best bet would be to find something with "good bones" and then get it re-upholstered and the wood re-stained for maybe $1-1,500? I'm not a furniture guy but I do know people. ;) Let me know how you make out. Good luck!

Purple might be tough to come by.
Considering you are in Vancouver have you thought of checking into companies that supply to the movies?
McElerans in Edmonton sells very high end furniture in Edmonton but may be way out of your price range. My sister has a few pieces from there. Good stuff.
