This could be a scar from .. some tairing of the vigina to the r anus.. from an accitent or .. child birth.. just my thought on it

She's pretty young looking, probably had a teen pregnancy and tore from giving birth.

Maybe she didnt have the best of medical care and needed an episiotomy but none was done.

a) age is almost irrelevant when it comes to tearing (ok, I'm NOT talking about 12-13 year olds... no semi-competant OB would do a vag birth on a girl too young for it)

b) that's not the type of tearing that an episiotomy prevents, actually if anything it would increase the chance of a tear there. Episiotomy is mostly (almost completely) for the benefit of the baby (some militant women say it's for the benefit of the OB, but I disagree there) and in some very very rare and unusual cases it can prevent tearing in areas OTHER than the 'bottom' of the vagina.
