From what I've read it seems like it's mostly dominated by the agencies and that there's only a handful of indy's here and there. So looks like best bet is to go with the agencies. I usually hobby in Vancouver where it was the other way around and the indy's were better. But lately my experience in Vancouver has been that the indy's are B and S, and most of the parlours overcharge plus you don't know what's on their menu. So how's Victoria? Seems cheaper than Vancouver. I'm trying to decide if I should stay for the day or overnight.
