What's Riza's Place like? (the building/interior/experience)

Hi all!

I'm hoping to book some time out at Riza's place soon and have been wondering what the space is like. I've read as many reviews as I could pertaining to the house to try and get a picture. It sounds like it's a fairly large house that the woman on shift share which begets these questions:

1. Where does one park? And is it secluded private enough that walking up to the home isn't too obvious/alarming?
2. Does your chosen partner meet you at the door, or are you received by Riza/other hostess?
3. Once inside, do you ever see other women/clients walking around or are things quite secluded - I have to admit that it's sort of a turn-on imagining being inside and seeing some of the other ladies walking around or saying hello.

Just hoping to mitigate any concerns/hazzards before heading out to Richmond. Thanks for any/all info friends!

The one time I went riza came down and led me to the area of the house where I was seeing the girl (forgot her name). Did not run into anyone but I suppose you could in the entrance.

As for parking, I would park in the driveway to avoid being seen by neighbours.

Huge driveway to park, have never seen a fellow pooner in my experiences there, but have seen others mention having seen another guy come or go as they went in. Parking is available on the main road off of the street the house is on, no more than a 5min walk if you don't want to park right out front. House is big, never heard much action heading past other rooms, pretty private imo. Riza runs a good shop, you won't be disappointed.

Are u allowed too wear a mask during a visit there I would like too book with Riza but only sex no actual kissing as i have had covid twice now..anyone kept there mask on the whole time while visiting?

Why would you think you’d not be allowed to wear a mask?
How many places have you gone too that have asked you to remove your mask?

Parking situation has already been answered well. Depending on the day and how busy it is, you might see some of the other ladies - Riza and company do a great job keeping things discreet though. In my long time of using Riza’s agency I’ve only had 1 instance of someone knocking to check if the room was being used.

I remember years ago I had a funny moment where I booked with a new provider then saw my favorite (this was when I only looked at the roster online instead of checking with the phone staff) was standing in the middle of the stairwell and said “he’s my client,” and so I just went with her instead.

I felt uncomfortable the one time I was there especially after hearing some insight from the girl working there. The session was ok but the set up was too brothel like for me and not discreet.

Bylaw has been called multiple times and apparently showed up a few times. It’s a large house with multiple girls some girls live there with riza and her husband. When I had my appointment the lady I booked with answered the door and led me upstairs however I did see two older women in the other room. My session was ok itself but when I was leaving another pooner was pulling in right as I was leaving. I felt weird the entire time.

I've only been there once, and this is exactly how I felt about it. Not sure about the bylaw stuff, but the parking lot driveway and disheveled brothel-like atmosphere was a turn off. Felt like I was in an 80's frat house - décor included!
