I'm sucked into "Corporate America" which means NOTHING. Couldn't care less about myself but I certainly would like to see my staff get something. Didn't XMas bonuses go out with the 70's?

My Christmas bonus?? Getting to spend a little bit of time with family. Way too busy these days, we all are.
My xmas bonus is seeing the joy on my grandkids faces on christmas morning, whenyou're retirednot even a xmas card from where you worked for 25 yrs. But who cares the money still comes.
A free meal from the company and maybe not having to work on xmas day to try and keep my own work up to date. But seeing the looks on the kids faces when they get the gifts makes it all worth the sacrifices.
Family Bonus
Our company had a profitable year, everyone was given nice bonuses, as much as 10-12% of yearly salaries.
My Christmas bonus is to be with as many friends and family as I can over the holiday season.
While we do that, we will take some time to reflect on those who are no longer with us, remember the times they were with us and have a few laughs and shed a few tears.
And pledge to not wait for next Christmas or the next funeral or wedding to get together again.

I usually end up getting a nice cheque but I have to wait in fukkin' suspense until the last minute as to whether or not the cocksucking owner is going to dig into his last $200 million to share a little with those that make his business successful. I always plan not to get anything (no deposits on swimming pools) and then when it comes at the end of the day on the 23rd or morning of the 24th I'm pleasantly surprised. It doesn't make or break Christmas for me though.
