You end up with a steak dinner doesn't matter where you go but different grade of meat, service, ambience, price and (most importantly) satisfaction.

I could eat steak from a local watering hole every night, but I choose to visit Hy's once a month and I never go to Elisa unless someone else is paying for it

Keg, Hy's and Gotham are owned by the same company. They use different gradea of meat, different service, ambience and different pricing for different crowds.

I agree there are some amazing SP's at most price points depending what does it for you. Lower point can't go wrong at 6456, then start moving up from there or stay put if you are happy. I personally find the best value and least headaches in the range of 3 browns. My only advice is to get off the fence jump in with both feet and thank me later.

Not every perbite wants exactly the same service experience and not every SP provides exactly the same experience. So there are as many valid answers as there are combinations of anticipated service experiences and service experiences provided. Or to put it another way, ask for the best lottery number set and you will get as many different responses as there are number sets.

Suggest you sort out what experience you want, read reviews until you find a provider that offers what you want, has mostly good reviews (not everyone will ever be pleased!) that is within your budget and dip your toe in, so to speak. The greatest challenge is to learn to tolerate uncertainty but always listen to your gut. Or, nothing is for sure and only think with the big head.
