Now it won't work because we would not get everyone to buy in/participate or in this case not participate but if we all stopped pooning for 2 weeks the market would reset itself.
The market has become what it has because we have let it. The providers can talk all they want about how they are worth so much but in the end pussy is a commodity like anything else. It is worth exactly what the consumer is willing to pay for it. That is why in places like Montreal where the supply has overtaken the demand you can get a great GFE for $150/hr and why the increase in touring gals from P.Q.
If the phone stopped ringing for a couple of weeks and the bills started to pile up, believe me, prices would drop. And it we decided to only support the ladies who dropped their prices, others would have to follow suit.
But that would never happen here because too many guys think with their little head.

I don't know if a full-on "strike" would have the desired effect. That would hurt the appropriately-priced girls as much as the ridiculously priced ones. I'm all for a non-official price cap, though. I.e. avoiding girls above a certain price point (unless they have a proven service level).

and that's an asinine excuse/approach to it, how much money you are willing to spend has no correlation to what kind of a "client" you will be

it only proves your willingness or ability to pay, weeding them out based on who they are might make more sense

there are plenty of poor people who are clean and nice, there are plenty of rich people who are dirty and assholes

just like a sp's rate is no indication of their services or attitude

there are plenty of ladies who offer great service/attitudes at all levels

I agree with supply and demand...I rarely pay more than $200hr, and on the rare occassion I have I must admit that higher price does not = higher satisfaction. Some of my most memorable moments are with girls who charged me $100 or less ( albeit that was several years ago)....If 80% of the pooners stopped paying more than $160.00- $220 hr , we would see a reduction in rates. Also if all local girls dropped there 1hr rate to $180 hr , they would see substantial increase in business, and touring girls would not be taking a slice of there business, as firstly guys would not want to pay such a difference between local & touring, and secondly touring girls would quit saturating the Wpg market if they were not as busy.
Lets start a movement to lowering local prices, which in turn will discurage touring girls from coming in here for stupid high prices.

If I ever needed a lawyer I think it would be a bad plan of action to find one that I thought could represent my case very well, contact them to say I would like to hire them but their fees are too high for our current economic situation in Canada, offer to give them 85% of their normal take but let them know that if they got me off at the end... Many of the bad lawyers try to scam you. They tell you that you need representation when you don't. There rates do change depending on how desperate they are or how poor you seem to be. Sounds exactly like a crappy hooker.

Now top lawyer firms have a reputation to uphold. Sure they are expensive but, if they are pretty sure you don't need them they will tell you that. They also will reduce rates. Especially for a case that will increase their reputation.

Also haven't you ever heard of Pro bono? Even I offer my services for free often. My god these arguments trying to justify high priced tax free escort services is hilarious. I know a ton of escorts and most of them would never be one if they had a good job. The ones that do have another good job were amazing escorts high class escorts who actually offered very low rates if they liked you.

Prices are totally negotiable. I paid around $150 per hour and made the girls I seen my regulars. Up until I fell for a girl now I am a loss cause.

At the risk of another provider flagging my post for discussing services I'll try to keep this brief. I'll say that was my exact experience when I started in Vancouver and was figuring out how things worked. This was also the experience of all my girlfriends as well.
You can't hold up one exceptionally bad sp as the example of how every other sp is.

Winnipeg is a pretty different market as far as well everything goes really.

Before you comment make sure you really understand that. The cost of living is really low here. The quality of women asking $250 or more are below average compared to other cities like Vancouver, Montreal, and Edmonton. For many girls it is way too much money really and, many of them don't want to be doing this. There have been many great girls from the past who have changed their life and, got a education etc. That is where most of them went. about 70% of all escorts that post on Backpage are on thedirty website. Hate to say it but, a lot of what is said there is true.

I guess a big issue is this city doesn't really have a good massage parlor. I find that the many good parlors in other cities keep standards up. This city is mostly all independent young girls. The agency's are basically money grabs with someone calling to get them out almost as soon as they arrived. The city won't allow any new parlors to open up. The ones that are abuse the market with amazingly poor standards on average.

I guess the biggest problem obviously is the clients have to take what they can get.

It is much better just to date here then see a escort. So many beautiful easy women in Winnipeg.
