It's a non issue

I assume the provider would simply wait to be introduced to you, politely shake your hand, say 'it's a pleasure to meet you' and continue on normally.

Having had this happen to me in the past, I can assure you that compromising discretion would be the last thing on a ladies mind.

In the circumstances which this has occured with me, I have opted not to continue trysts with the gentlemen as I personally would have felt a betrayal to the wife. However, each lady will approch and view the dynamics differently.

The one clear point woud be that no lady of substance would do anything to create an incident or compromise your discretion.
