The Art of War, and essays discussing it.

This book completely changed my approach to conflict and problem solving.

I dare say this may be one of the most important books ever written.
If you haven't read it already try Myamoto Musashi's "The Book of Five Rings" Or "Go Rin No Sho" He was a student of the teachings of Sun Tzu (as well as Japan's greatest swordsman) and his work is illuminating.

Entertaining book so far and I understand there is a tv series based upon it.
