What area to work in Calgary?

I am visiting Calgary and coming from Toronto...

I been a long time poster on TERB and looking to see what area I should visit on my short trip to Calgary...

Any hotel suggestions?

I'm sure there must be some guys who visit Alberta here but likely more on caf. Actually i think there is a provider there with your same name.

downtown is nice and convenient,

lots of hotels. the Sheraton, in euclair
the Marriott a few others, I have seen a lady in but those I remember,, one off of 8 or 9 street and 8 ave sw downtown really nice, two different ladies I saw there, but dam can't remember the name
both of them have nice lounges and or coffee shops. the guys can come early and have a drink,

The hotel at Deerfoot and 16th is good and there are a few nice ones in the old motel village area.

I booked a hotel in the Southeast, hopefully everything works out okay
