+1. And I’m not fussy if the ladies subtract 5 or so years from their real age. Accurate photos are a must though.
In some ways teens should be off that list because they are so few and rare in the biz it's not worth mentioning.
Age has so little to do with it for me except that many in their early/mid 20's have very few skills and often unresponsive in my experience. They have seemed more distant than present. 30's seem more skilled and more into it.
40's really know what to do and often more into it ie Lady Vanessa, April Showers. I have seen a few older and was surprised at the skill level being good.

Early 30's to mid 40's is the zone I now focus on. As I get older, I'm much more comfortable within that age bracket.
I'm not consistently into a single age group. I'm in my late 30's, and the year youngest I've been with is someone in her mid to late twenties assuming that all Sp's deduct 5-10 years on their advertised age. Oldest I've been with is possible early to mid 50's and that again is assuming that SP's deduct 5-10 years on their advertised age.
I tend to shy away from the 20 somethings and tend to go older than 30. It all depends on skills and attitude more than anything but my experience with younger women is that they lack the maturity to deliver a well varied session. I think everyone's abilities improve with age/experience.
