Anyone still have one of these kicking around in a drawer?

The new phone I got a year ago is a POS and now the screen has failed in my old fave.

might try ebay. depending on how handy you are with electronics, you can just replace the screen for around $20
OR buy new unlocked version instead for $150.

Very few carriers use the same CDMA network technology (now nearly obsolete) as the older Telus and Bell phones. Voice comms are all being upgraded over the next few years to LTE (4G) which is strictly data right now. I'm in the middle of a contract and hated the new phone they talked me into so went back to the old one. I'm not willing to pay full price for another soon-to-be obsolete phone just yet.

I can get the screen off Ebay but changing it looks like a right bastard of a job.

Cheers! WS.
