I love Bell Mobility.

I lost my phone and........well its a long story, but at there own expense they had it returned to me.

Plus whenever there has been a problem there tech has been great. It should be noted that i am an awesome customer who makes there job very easy.

Now Telus there problems are what legends are made out of. Latest i read in the papers is Telus is aware of the problems and they are working on it. --- Kev

Fido is okay until you leave Vancouver. They don't have the coverage that Bell or some of the other phone companies have. That explains why there so cheap. --- Kev

I tend to agree with Paige. Being locked into a plan can really suck. As soon as my Rogers plan runs out around next september, I'm dumping it and going Fido. As soon as you want to upgrade your phone and take advantage of the Rogers upgrade deals **bang** your locked into 2yrs again!!!

Paige,

Check out www.fido.ca/portal/en/packages/canadaCover.shtml. Click on Alberta.

The coverage goes from Edmonton to Calgary, plus highway 2 (corridor between both cities), and a little in Banff. One thing I do like about Fido is their digital PCS gives local outgoing calls within any digital PCS zone. Example: I have a Vancouver number, but when in the Calgary digital PCS area and calling a Calgary local number, it's charged as a local call. Direct dialed, no extra roaming numbers to call. I'm not sure how the competitors work, or if they have the same benefits. Can anyone fill me in? Can't complain about the service, but then again, I'm not a heavy user.
