is it just me or is VME slow to contact / communicate. I have sent them an email, but no response for 3 days and was wondering if I should just give up 🤔. Maybe im just overthinking it lol

Three days is way past the point of expectation. For an agency it should be within the same business day.

I message with Val last week on Thursday and saw Aesha on Friday. She got back to me quickly. Have you booked with them before ?

Their website is very clear about what to do for screening. Emailing direct is clearly stated for existing clients. For new clients, fill out the form and follow screening instructions exactly. It's good for everyone and it's totally clear, so this is not a reflection of bad customer service. But it is a reflection on your inability to respect their protocol.

Totally not complaining about customer service. Sorry if it came about that way. I did follow their form instructions to the letter, which is why I was surprised as well.

Sounds like they are usually responsive, so i am the outlier and maybe i did mess up. I guess maybe I just need to send a follow up with clarifications

Does not hurt to send a follow up email as a gentle reminder. Because I too overthink and am paranoid I politely ask: “if I am screened out or blacklisted just let me know so I can stop wondering…” something along those lines.

Thankfully it’s always been they’re slow to respond or it was missed haha
