I'm a newbie on perb and will be visiting Winnipeg briefly in late May. How reliable are the ladies that are advertised under the VIPOTG heading? Are they generally a good value?

I used them once a number of years ago when visiting Toronto and service was good. This week I visited Apple and left happy. In this case if the photos are not of her I'd be very surprised.
Easy to book, downtown condo was convenient with lots of metered parking nearby. Petite, very soft skin and very accommodating. Her English was OK but barely good enough that it was easy to try and carry any kind of conversation.
I saw other posts on here wondering if she is the same Apple who has been here before - when I asked she said it's her first time here.
Usual accompanied showers before/after and she was very responsive and vocal in all positions/activities we tried which would the typical GFE+ menu. interesting sucking sound during oral or kissing each time she'd break contact - a little hard to describe. Didn't bother me at all, but was different.
Good experience and good value for money, I'd repeat.

VIPTOG is a very well reviewed agency here in Winnipeg. You should find plenty of reviews.
There's some debate about whether or not the ladies in the photo are the ones you actually see. That being said and generally speaking, the words 'bait and switch' haven't been used to describe them because the girls are often of a likeness and their service is good. They're also usually quite young, petite, etc.

From the comments I've seen most of the activity related to VIPOTG is at an incall site. On the VIPOTG website they say both incall and outcall are available. Does anybody use the outcall service?
I have thought about it, but their incall (if it is still the same place) is nice and convenient. The first couple I remember were sort of out of the way, but once they moved downtown it always worked out well.
If you're going to do an outcall, do it at a reputable hotel. I agree with Torrential in principle but the VIPOTG ladies are very safe and well-mannered, I can't imagine diminutive Apple - or any other VIPOTG lady - ripping anyone off. If anything the VIPOTG ladies may resist outcalls because they would be out in a strange city with a strange man who doesn't speak Korean. I did get to know one lady well at incall then took her out for dinner at a later date, but that is as far as I have gone with outcall. If the lady speaks passable English she should be a good dinner companion: she looks good on your arm, is affectionate in public, doesn't drink or even eat too much, has good manners and won't embarrass you.

I too have only done incall with VIPTOG and/or Lorihouse, but did see one girl outside of booking thru the agency for an evening who also spent the night. I won't name a name, there is no need to and for privacy. If outcall is available and you are able to meet the criteria needed to book, I'd say go for it. Also to the OP, incall is safe and service is always consistently a good value for the time and $ amount.
