After reading so many positive reviewes, I decided to take a chance with VIP but it seems impossible to set up a slot with them. First, when I called, the lady asked if I will be visiting first time. I said Yes and then she disconnected the call. I then tried to call several times but the calls were rejected. Do you guys know the way to communicate with them? Thanks

They aren’t always taking new people.
I will say that my rule of thumb is always text rather than call though

They have an advertisement here on Perb and it states that 1st time customers need to PM them before calling.
