Its a scam. She has an ad in Calgary named Cathya that says rates start at 200. When I texted her "Vancouver" she said her rates start at 180.
Strange she's trying to scam people from Calgary for more 😂

Good call, red flags all over: deposits + multiple cities. etc. I saw her ads there too recently, good to know not to proceed.
