I don't know why you haven't been able to get any results when searching for redzone. I tried it and got several hits (including the one about Faith at Redzone).
There should be a way to search for phrases (such as Vancouver Redzone) but I haven't found it yet since some of the more usual ways (like enclosing it in quotes) doesn't seem to work.
I found the searches do accept Boolean logic so you may want to try that (e.g. search for "Vancouver and Redzone") and it will come up with all threads which mention both Vancouver and Redzone.
If someone knows how to search phrases, perhaps they can let everyone know.
