I'm hoping to go on a trip this year a decent sized trip of a few weeks or so and I've always wanted to go to Europe.

I'm thinking flying into France and staying there for a bit while hitting up places like Amsterdam and then Germany (would be nice to get there in time for Octoberfest).. has anyone done a trip like this? what kind of budget do you think I would need? would 3-4k euro be enough once im on the ground?

Your budget is dependent on your lifestyle. If you don't mind staying in lower end airbnb and don't whore/drink too much, then 4k euro should be ok.

Book hotels in advance and you will save a fortune. I had a Eurailpass, the trains in France and from London to Paris through the Chunnel are amazing.

Going to Germany during Oktoberfest is peak time and will cost more.

There are "Must See" places in Europe, that a person should do in their lifetime. London, Paris, Vienna, Rome, Venice, Istanbul, Athens With an Eurorail Pass you can travel inexpensively through 28 countries - usually more quickly than flying. The trip from Rome to Istanbul and on to Athens by train isn't quicker than flying - but you'll never forget it. And, there is a reward at the end in Faliraki Beach, Greece. Go during spring and you can see gorgeous women from everywhere and if you have any game at all, you won't be sleeping alone at night.

definetly get a euro pass for the rail ..it's the only way to travel in Europe. I think you have to get it from .a travel agent because if only tourist that can get them.

If you want value, you need to head to Asia. Thailand, CAmbodia, Philippines, Indonesia. Food an hotels are dirt cheap, and the 'fun' is also, you just need to like the local cuisine. I'm going there in a few months, and it will cost me less than 1/2 of Europe for as much or more fun.

As far as Paris is concerned I'd recommend June or September as the best times to go. In July and August the city gets flooded with international tourists, locals get p'od and in August most Parisians leave for the country anyways. So you wouldn't experience "Paris" with its people in it and its normal vibe.

If you're in Munich, make sure you try the pork-knuckles (schweine haxe) and a Munchener Pilsner.
And if you're in France then continue down the Rhone valley to Provence & the french riviera. Good food, incredible wine and way cheaper then Paris.
I spent seven weeks in Europe, visiting 10 countries. It does get expensive butIi never book anything, just go with the flow. Usually spent about 50 Euro a night for a decent place.

I just saw a bunch of vids on youtube about the amsterdam or euro general red light districts, in other words, the window ladies!!! WOW never seen that before, amazing..50 euros (100) for 15 mins. The women are alll SO hot they make me feel like a little undeveloped poo stain...ugh...anyways, I couldn't believe my eyes. Its a lot better than straight up street work IMO...off topic question - but who thought of street walking, that is the craziest and dangerous and dehumanizing idea ever...glad most are doing indoors now, but seriously...

Anyways, if I was a man and had the chance, I'd totally go to amsterdam, the women are seriously GORGEOUS and they are standing right infront of you!!! They look like all the hot fake photos on backpage/leolist etc.

this was the first video I saw and these people are complete ASSHOLES and it totally pissed me off, but at the same time I was extremely impressed with the ladies...there are more videos not about this dumb prank but IMO hes got the best footage of it all.

FKK clubs in Germany are a million times better than anything in Amsterdam.

Pranking like that in an Fkk would get a well deserved shit kicking from the bouncers. Actually that was not Pranking that was just being an asshole.
